Drake's new album 'For All the Dogs' has received mixed reactions from the fans and the media, having received an aggregated score of 52 on Metacritic. One of his most harsh critics is fellow rapper Joe Budden, who said in his podcast that the Canadian MC is 'rapping for the children'.

Lately, Drake himself hasn't been fond of the critics and Joe Budden was one of the targets of his pushback, with Budden airing live on his podcast what the 'One Dance' performer had to say about his criticism.

On the latest episode of his podcast, Budden revealed that Drake left him a 55-second voice on his Instagram DM's. He admitted that initially, he didn't listen to him, but he read out for the show with the alleged message.

After that message, Budden answer Drake that he 'does not have beef' with him and added the following: "I'm not sure why you went crazy like that. I like the album. his ain't 2016, I got no beef. Get your shit off, though. As a matter of fact, nobody's happier for you than me."

Since 2021, Drake has released four studio albums: Certified Lover Boy (2021), Her Loss ft. 21 Savage (2022), Honestly, Nevermind (2022), and the latest one For All the Dogs (2023), receiving mixed reviews for all of them, but having commercial success.
