The X-factor teeth affliction strikes again, as this year's winner, Sam Bailey, admits she wouldn't rule out a trip to the dentist to correct her gap-toothed smile

Sam Bailey, the most recent champion of the X-Factor, has revealed that all she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth… cosmetically corrected, that is.

Bailey, who's been dubbed 'ScrewBo' because of her slight similarity to Britain's Got Talent winner Susan Boyle, admitted to The Mirror , that despite her recent beauty overhaul, she wouldn't rule out putting her signature gap-toothed smile into the clutches of an orthodontist.
She said: "I won't be getting face lifts or plastic surgery. I think my boobs are big enough as they are. But I'll probably get some teeth fixed. But that's it, let nature take its course."

The X Factor winner isn't the only one to opt for the dentist's chair post showdown. Over the years, the ITV talent show has seen a slew of its stars abandon their typically English smile for an all singing, blue-white bright Hollywood grin; with Cheryl Cole and Rylan's gnashes all being ground down and replaced by a fine set of veneers.
